Find the Answers You Are Looking For

Whether you are brand new to DK99 Game or have been playing for a while, it is perfectly normal to have questions. Pakistani players ask us about everything — how to make their first JazzCash deposit, why a bonus was not credited, how to place a PSL match bet, or what to do if they forget their password. This FAQ page brings together the most common questions our players have raised, with clear and straightforward answers.

We have grouped the questions by topic so you can jump straight to what matters to you. Use the category buttons below to filter by account, payments, games, bonuses, or the DK99 app. If you cannot find your answer here, our support team is always available to help you out.

Account & Login

Registering is quick and free. Click the Register button, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and follow the on-screen steps. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once your account is created, you can immediately explore all games and deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the mobile number linked to your account. You will receive a verification code via SMS. After confirming your identity, you can set a new password right away. Make sure your new password is unique and not used on any other app or website.

No. Each player is allowed exactly one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is not permitted and can result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you are having trouble accessing an old account, contact support — they will help you recover it rather than you needing to register again.

Log in to your account and head to the Profile or Account Settings section on your dashboard. You can update your display name, email address and other details from there. For mobile number changes, an identity verification step is required for your security. If you run into any issue, reach out to our support team directly.

Yes. DK99 Game is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We take responsible gaming seriously — please visit our Responsible Gaming page for tips on managing your gaming habits and setting personal limits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

DK99 Game supports a wide range of payment options that are popular with Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and most major debit/credit cards. Mobile wallet payments are also accepted. All transactions are processed in PKR, so there is no need to worry about currency conversion.

Minimum deposit amounts are kept low so players at all budget levels can enjoy the platform. The exact figure depends on the payment channel you choose — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically start from a few hundred PKR. Check your account dashboard for the current limits, as these can vary with active promotions.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before processing — make sure your account details are correct to avoid delays. First-time withdrawals sometimes take slightly longer due to a one-time verification step.

First, wait a few minutes — most deposits reflect instantly but network delays can occasionally happen. If your balance has not updated after 15 minutes, take a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction confirmation and contact our support team. Provide the transaction ID and amount so we can trace it quickly and credit your account.

DK99 does not charge its own platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider — for example, JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges. We recommend checking your wallet app for any applicable service fees before completing a transaction.

Games & Betting

Absolutely. Cricket is the heart of DK99's sports betting section. You can place bets on Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, domestic tournaments and major bilateral series. Live in-play betting is also available during matches, so you can back your read of the game as it unfolds. Head to Betting to see all active markets.

DK99 hosts hundreds of slot titles ranging from classic 3-reel fruit machines to modern video slots with bonus rounds, free spins and progressive jackpots. New games are added regularly. You can browse all available titles on the Slots page. Filtering by provider, theme or jackpot size makes it easy to find what you are in the mood for.

Fish games are arcade-style shooting games where you aim and fire at sea creatures swimming across the screen. Each fish has a different point value, and your winnings are based on the creatures you catch. They are easy to pick up — no complicated rules — and many players enjoy them as a relaxing alternative to slots or card games. Visit Fish Games to try them out.

Yes, DK99 has a full live casino section with real dealers streaming in real time. Games include Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack and more. Live casino rooms are open around the clock, so whether you play in the afternoon or late at night, there is always a table running. Go to Casino to see what is live right now.

Yes. Alongside cricket, DK99 covers football leagues and international tournaments, as well as popular esports titles. Whether you follow European leagues or local football, or enjoy betting on competitive gaming events, you will find active markets in the Betting section.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register and make their first deposit receive a welcome bonus credited to their account. The bonus amount and any wagering requirements are displayed clearly during the registration process and in your account dashboard. We recommend reading the bonus terms so you know exactly what is needed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

Bonuses are usually credited automatically after a qualifying deposit. If yours has not arrived, check whether your deposit met the minimum amount required for that promotion. Also confirm that the promotion was still active when you deposited. If everything looks correct and the bonus is still missing after 30 minutes, contact support with your deposit details.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw the winnings generated from it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you need to place bets totalling PKR 5,000 using that bonus before the winnings become withdrawable. All DK99 bonuses show their wagering requirements clearly in the bonus details.

Yes. DK99 regularly runs daily login bonuses, reload promotions, free spins on selected slots, and special offers tied to big cricket events like PSL fixtures and T20 internationals. Logging in every day is the best way to stay on top of what is available. Promotions are displayed on your dashboard and on the main game pages.

App & Technical

Visit the Download page and follow the instructions for Android. You will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings (Settings → Security → Unknown Sources). The APK file is small and installs quickly. Once installed, log in with your existing DK99 account credentials — no separate registration is needed for the app.

Yes. iOS users can access DK99 Game through the mobile browser on Safari — the site is fully optimised for iPhones and iPads. For the best experience, add the DK99 website to your home screen as a shortcut. Check the Download page for the latest iOS instructions and any available app options.
